1.Agreement to Terms

By accessing tecapult.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2.User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Tecapult may issue you a unique account access code (for example, a code such as TCP-XXX-XXX) for support verification, optional device linking, and access control. You must not share your account, credentials, or access code with others.
  • We may enforce session or device rules (including limiting concurrent sessions) to protect accounts and reduce misuse. See product notices within the Platform for current behaviour.
  • Tecapult reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3.Course Access & Payments

  • Courses on Tecapult are paid and require online payment before access.
  • No sharing or redistribution of course content is allowed.
  • Tecapult does not offer refunds once a course is purchased, except under exceptional circumstances (refer to our Refund Policy when published).

4.Intellectual Property

  • All course content (videos, PDFs, quizzes) is owned by Tecapult or its licensors.
  • Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

5.Termination of Access

Tecapult may terminate user access for reasons including:

  • Violating platform policies (e.g. sharing accounts or access codes).
  • Non-payment of dues.
  • Misuse of content or circumvention of technical protections.

6.Limitation of Liability

Tecapult is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data due to unauthorized access to your account.
  • User errors in course progress or payments.
  • Third-party service failures (e.g. payment gateway or hosting issues).

7.Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, including where applicable the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
